I had the honour to inform you in my telegram No.40

of March 7 that the final loan agreement for the Canton

Kowloon Railway was signed on that day, and I now have

the honourto enclose copy thereof.

I should mention, in esse any question arises, that

the date of the Degree authorising the signature is Feb.”,

terms conanded to the British and Chinese Corporation.
